Funny how Jermaine tried out for X-Factor and was dropped and American Idol and was dropped yet wins The Voice. Don’t get me wrong he is a great singer but I guess not good enough for the other 2 shows.

The group performances on idol are all lip synced! At least on the voice, they actually SING live.

Also, the voice doesn’t fill with contestant “interaction” and press events like Idol, so these songs on the finale are just fine by me. It is nice they are able to celebrate a singing competition.

Jermaine’s group was the best singing performance and Jordis’ voice carried Tony Luca. She should have been there instead of Tony.

Great show overall, the judges really put their money where their mouth’s are.

Taymaro, Really good idea about using the “Thank You” song for results night. That is where it truly belongs. After Jermaine’s first song on performance night, I thought it was his to lose, and no one topped it IMO.

Wow…I think you were just a “tad” bit harsh on them. Granted I didn’t watch hall and oats either. I thought the performances from the contestants were better than some of the pros. The out come was as it should have been. Tony doesn’t stand a chance against the winner or against Chris Mann. And please give RaeLynn a break. I think she is awesome and I don’t listen to country…but she makes me want to. I agree with the person above me…This is also my first time watching the voice and in comparison American idol needs to kick rocks. I think The voice should bring J Lo over on over from American idol.

Each of the Final Four were good in there genre, so I can only say I am so sad my pick-Chris-didn’t win. To me he was the best of the best. I am sure we will hear from all of them though, so Illl be waiting for that. This was the first season I watched The Voice and it’s much better than American Idol. What caught my attention was the blind auditions-and it just kept my attention week after week.

I thought Juliet would take it. She rocked “Its a man’s world”. Christina Aguleria definitely hurt her cause, at least for me, with all her snide little comments every time Tony took the stage. What’s up with that?? So very unprofessional. Chris is excellent, his coach…less so.
All 4 singers were over the top…it was a toss-up..
Congrats to Jermaine and Blake.

Juliet, Tony and chris are ways more marketable.

I am very pleased with the outcome. Jermaine deserves to win. He were consistent thru out the competition.

I say job well done by the producers and the mentors. I like the professionalism shown by everyone in this show. Win or loose the contestants were treated with respect by all and in return we were treated with some memorable performances. I can still hear “Roxanne”
in my head sang by Juliet Sims. I started singing Soul Man again , brought me back the days of the Blues Brothers.

I really like this format better than American Idol, for one thing the singers here gets to finish the song so we are not left hanging in between verse and chorus. And no “theme Song” which means the singers are able to choose songs in their chosen genre. I like the fact that everyone is involved in the selection and elimination process and the mentors take responsibility of their charge. I can’t wait for season 3, I believe it will only get better. :D

Congrats Jermaine, Juliet, Tony and Chris You are all winners!!
